We have bolstered our Gripmaster construction tyre range, with the addition of two new Generation 5 products – the Bandvulc BDG5 for drive axles and the Bandvulc BTG5 for trailers. These latest products broaden our Generation 5 product line and have been specifically engineered for both on- and off-road construction vehicles.
Bandvulc BDG5
Available in three key sizes, 295/80R22.5, 315/70R22.5 and 315/80R22.5, the tyre’s non-directional pattern design provides enhanced flexibility, handling and high traction. This is combined with a tough, durable compound which increases resistance to cuts and chunking, resulting in a longer service life.
Bandvulc BTG5
Available in a single size, 385/65R22.5, BTG5 also provides significant traction and optimum road suitability for on and off-road applications. The toughness of the compound increases resistance to cuts and chunking, while the tread includes self-cleaning characteristics and features to reduce stone trapping, ensuring a durable solution with improved reliability in all conditions.

BDG5 and BTG5 have been specifically engineered to maximise longevity and efficiency both on and off-road. An optimised tread design and the tyre’s steep sidewalls provide extra structural stability, reducing compression under heavy loads. When combined with a toughened rubber compound, both tyres help to limit premature damage, resulting in higher removal mileage.
