RWM is the UK’s largest trade event dedicated to the recycling and waste industries and this year Continental and Bandvulc will be showcasing their range of tyres specially adapted to these sectors.
As one of the world’s leading tyre manufacturers, Continental offers products designed for a broad range of applications across the automotive industry, including premium tyres for commercial vehicles. Bandvulc further enhances Continental’s offering with great innovation and a strong understanding of fleet operators’ requirements.
Continental and Bandvulc’s commercial vehicle tyres are designed to provide fleet operators longer life, lower rolling resistance and damage resistance resulting in vast reductions in fleet running costs, and fuel efficiencies.
At the RWM Exhibition, Bandvulc will be displaying the WasteMaster MKII 295/80R225, WasteMaster MKIII 315/80R22.5, BIG D 315/80R22.5, BDY3 315/70R22.5 and Uniroyal construction FM40 315/80R22.5. Each tyre provides extremely high protection against sidewall impacts, with high polymer rubber to combat punctures. In addition, tough grip patterns ensure superior handling and make the tyres the ideal partners for waste vehicles operating on tough and unpredictable terrain.
Continental will be presenting the Conti CrossTrac tyres which have been designed to cater to the requirements of the most challenging on- and off-road applications. On display will be 315/80R22.5 Conti CrossTrac HS3 with enclosed shoulder for excellent handling and driving stability as well as innovative tread design for high mileage and reduced fuel consumption. The product will be displayed alongside 295/80R22.5 ContiRe CrossTrac HD3 which features outstanding traction and excellent wear performance. The compound mixture of the Conti CrossTrac range also includes a distinctive type of activated carbon black for strong resistance against cuts and stability against punctures.
We are located on stand T19 in the Handling & Logistics Area in Hall 5 and very much hope you’ll pop in to meet the team, view the tyres and enjoy some refreshments.
