The wheels of success have been well and truly set in motion at Plymouth’s immense tyre factory as it continues its impressive growth – and is creating jobs.
Bandvulc Group is now cementing its reputation as the UK’s leading UK fleet management service provider and independent truck tyre retreader.
Since the business was acquired from the founding O’Connell family by Continental Tyre Group in early 2017 the plant, at Ivybridge’s Lee Mill Industrial Estate, has got progressively busier.
Bandvulc now pumps out 180,000 retreaded tyres a year – that’s a quarter of the national market.
