Bandvulc Plus+, the tyre management arm of the Bandvulc Group of companies, announces career advancements and has promoted two of their long term employees.
“As always with a senior position you have the choice of searching externally for an exceptional candidate or looking to grow talents and skill sets in-house”, comments Phil West, Commercial Director for the Group.
We were pleased to be able to offer this senior position of Director BVPlus+ to Kevin McPherson. Kevin, who has been at Bandvulc for over 11 years in various management roles, showed an appetite for the position and we felt it was important to provide the opportunity.
Kevin’s appointment created a vacancy for a new BVPlus+ Manager which, again, has been filled by an internal posting; Rob Miners, who has been with Bandvulc for 8 years, has been promoted to the position of BVPlus+ Manager. Alongside his new role Rob is also currently studying for a degree in Business Management.
It’s great to see staff aim high. It’s about challenging yourself and we are confident that both Kevin and Rob will flourish in these new roles.
Children’s Hospice South West was nominated by Bandvulc’s Charity Team as the company’s main charity for 2019 and a number of fundraising activities have taken place during the course of the year.
