Bandvulc & Continental’s major integration project saw the team awarded top prize in the For One Another category at the ContiTireAwards on the 1st February.
Five of the team members involved in this exceptional project; Arthur Gregg, Tony Mailling, Magda Humphreys, Phil West and Stephen McCarthy of Conti travelled to the Gala Event in Hannover, Germany and one person had to book ‘Excess Baggage’ on the way back.
This is the major event in the Tyre Division calendar where there were over 730 nominations from all around the globe; this was reviewed down to the best 5 in each category and the winner selected which saw the Bandvulc Integration Project come out top, thanks to all the hard work and effort of the 12 project teams and working groups.
This is a prestigious award and I would like to thank all the teams here at Bandvulc but also at Continental, both in UK & Germany, for making this a clear winner in the teamwork category – ‘For One Another’.
